Reoccuring annual deadlines are listed without a year. Specific deadlines have both a day of the week and year listed.

Early January

Spring Packets will be mailed out to each Chapter by the Province Secretary. All National forms available for download here. and Province forms are available on the Province V website.

February

Forms related to Province V (Delegate and Proxy Form, Chapter Report Form, & Chapter of the Year Form) from the Spring Packet are due to the Secretary/Treasurer.

Remaining forms from the Spring Packet are due. You may download the appropriate forms here. (Chapter Officers Roster and Addresses, Chapter Membership Roster, Faculty Member Addresses, Risk Verification Form, Chapter Progress Report Form, and Request for Scholarship Awards).

Apr 15

Taxes due. Tax Return for Organizations Exempt from Income Tax - Form 990 must be postmarked by midnight and mailed to the IRS.

Chapter History Form due to the Grand Historian, and National Progress Report Form due for bonus points.

Apr 30

List of graduating brothers with forwarding addresses due to the Central Office.

Apr 30

Applications for Kappa Psi Foundation Scholarships are due to the Central Office. There are six $1,000 scholarships awarded.

Chapter Progress Report Form (National Chapter of the Year) due, Graduate Chapter of the Year Form due, Frank H Eby Scholarship Tray Form due and Foundation Scholarship Applications due.

Autumn Packets will be mailed out to each Chapter by the Province Secretary. All National forms available for download here. We also suggest submitting an update of your chapter's history to the Grand Historian... This is something that should be done annually.

Miscellaneous Items to Attend to Throughout the Year

---

• Changes in Chapter Officers
• Any changes in permanent addresses of Brothers
• Request for membership (send M-Cards in with Membership Request Form directly following initiation)
• Expulsion of any brothers (3 contact letters to brother accompanied by a letter from the Regent detailing proceedings)
• Chapter Supplies Form (pledge manuals, constitution, ritual books, pledge cards, M-cards, jewelry, etc.)
• Pay dues as invoices are received
• Applying for Kappa Psi Brotherhood Awards. It is recommended to apply at least three weeks in advance.
