The start of a new year means that the Spring Assembly is drawing closer! It will be in the Windy City, Home of the Cubs, Location of the now Willis tower, setting for the Dark Knight movie, and the list goes on. But basically Chicago has many, many things to see. So we thank the Chi chapter for planning this Spring Assembly!

Thank you Beta Upsilon for hosting Midyear 2009 and we thank all the brothers who attended it. I believe the final count was 93 attendees.
For those who couldn't make it, the officer reports are up on the website and can be accessed by clicking on the "Officer Reports" button on the left. And I'll have Midyear pictures up on the website too once I get them from the Historian.

Attending the convention was an undoubtfully memoriable experience. Aside from the national election, many proposals and discussions regarding service projects and inner workings of the fraternity all occur at GCC. GCC also gives us the chance to have career roundtables and build personal relationship with other brothers. I encourage everyone to consider attending the next Grand Council Convention, which will occur in the summer of 2011 in San Francisco.
The Toledo Graduate chapter is trying to get reactivated after being dormant for some time. Please show your support and visit their website.
